Katherine N. Sullivan is a freelance journalist and editor. She’s currently working on a masters in International Affairs and Journalism at Columbia University, where she will focus on investigative reporting. Prior to graduate school, Sullivan lived in Rwanda for over three years, where she worked as an English teacher, a development project manager, a copy editor for a national newspaper, and finally a freelance journalist. She’s covered the twentieth anniversary of the Rwandan genocide, the Burundian refugee crisis, and the development of high speed internet in Kigali for outlets including the Associated Press and The Guardian.
She is looking to develop her skills in audio storytelling and is constantly searching for new podcasts.
