The Journalism & Women Symposium is now accepting applications for this year’s JAWS CAMP in Albuquerque, N.M. from Oct. 26 – 28.
Each year, JAWS CAMP (Conference and Mentoring Project) focuses on strengthening core journalism skills, building personal brands and careers, developing strategies for success in today’s rapidly evolving media landscape, and improving the status of women in journalism. Participants enjoy a dynamic experience filled with inspiring speakers, motivating career development sessions, and rewarding networking and mentoring opportunities. Best of all, CAMP is a great chance to mix and mingle with old friends and make new ones!
CAMP fellowships are open to professionals in the early stages of their careers. We are looking for young journalists with at least one year of professional journalism experience.
